Wait, I heard you met in Portugal?

Yep, in 2016 we met at a hostel in Lagos, Portugal. We stayed in touch on Facebook messenger and six weeks later went to Greece together for two weeks. A grossly irresponsible and hilarious risk, but luckily it seems to have all worked out. Since then we've dated long distance, lived in San Francisco together, and adventured on the road living out of our car. Along the way, we collected a Pokémon named Earl, who is now the center of our world. We moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2022. And these days we're learning how to renovate our 1909 home, while squeezing in hikes and ski trips on the weekends. We consider ourselves rich as kings to have found each other, and can't wait to celebrate with you as we start our next great adventure: marriage!
